Flowing Kindness: A Summer Water Relief Campaign

Bringing Water to Thirsty Villages

Access to clean water is one of the most basic human needs, yet in many rural parts of India, it remains a daily struggle. The Adivasi villages of Sherewadi, Tarpadwadi, and Bhagitwadi in Khed (Pune) face this harsh reality every single day, where finding drinking water is often next to impossible.

To address this urgent issue, Bhavya Foundation, in collaboration with Sat-Karam Foundation, has stepped forward with a mission of hope. Through their continuous efforts, free water supply is being provided to these villages by water tankers, ensuring that families do not go thirsty.

Water: A Lifeline for the Villages

Starting from 25th May 2025 until monsoon, these villages will receive regular water supply, at least thrice a week, through the joint initiative. The program ensures that households can fill their pots, cans, and drums with clean water — a lifeline in these times of scarcity.

During every visit, the sight of villagers gathering with their vessels, waiting in anticipation, reflects the true importance of this initiative. For them, this is not just about water; it is about dignity, relief, and survival.
